All our delivery is free of charge.
We will dispatch your furniture or related interior products within 2-4 weeks of your order conformation, depending on your area and who the carrier is we will email you with a date and a tracking number, should you want a different date or time you are welcome to contact the carrier directly (you are responsible for any costs for rescheduling the delivery date or time)
The products we supply are delivered to you in a number of different ways and therefore if you have ordered more than one item they might not be delivered at the same time.
We have our own Warehouse in the Uk where we dispatch some items from however we also work directly with brands in the Uk and Europe and its possible your product could be dispatched directly by our third party supplier.
We also work with global brands and in this case they will manage the shipment for us.
Regardless of how your product is delivered we will manage the whole process and be fully responsible for it, full delivery info will be displayed on the product description on the product page.
Because of some stock holding from our 3rd party suppliers we have sometimes experienced sudden out of stock challenges, should this be the case we will always offer an immediate refund or contact you to discuss the waiting time.
