Stock is dispatched within 1-2 Days using various couriers, Evri, DPD and or Royal Mail. Some larger items and small furniture may take up to a week or more to reach you.

The products we supply are delivered to you in a number of different ways and therefore if you have ordered more than one item they might not be delivered at the same time.

We have our own Warehouse in the UK where we dispatch most items from however, we also work directly with brands in the Uk and Europe and it is possible your product could be sent directly by our third-party supplier.

Regardless of how your product is delivered we will manage the whole process and be fully responsible for it. full delivery info will be displayed on the product description on the product page. 

Because of stock held by our 3rd-party suppliers, we have sometimes experienced sudden out-of-stock challenges. Should this be the case, we will always offer an immediate refund or contact you to discuss the waiting time.
