UK Orders
Free delivery on orders of £25 or more.
£5 delivery on orders under £25.

Dispatch Times

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days from our UK warehouse using trusted couriers such as Evri, DPD and Royal Mail.

Larger pieces, small furniture and selected brand-direct items may take a little longer, usually up to a week or more. Where this applies, delivery details will be shown on the product page.

All Items Are Ready To Dispatch

The products listed on our website are in stock and ready to send. We hold most items in our own UK warehouse, while some products may be sent directly from one of our trusted brand partners in the UK or Europe.

However your order is delivered, Inside House manages the process from start to finish and remains fully responsible for your delivery.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes more than one product, your items may arrive in separate parcels or on different days. This is because some products are dispatched from different locations or by different courier services.

If An Item Becomes Unavailable

Very occasionally, stock held by one of our brand partners may become unavailable at short notice. If this happens, we will contact you quickly and offer either an immediate refund or an updated delivery timescale.
